Scope of application
Pressure hose with general use in industrial applications, mainly for use on air pressure systems. Can be used in trailer and caravan construction as a water hose. Functions as a water hose in trailer and caravan construction in the cold water area if colored blue and hot water area if colored red. For application in welding technology, it can be used as cold water supply on Mig burners if colored blue and as a return hose if colored red. As a workshop hose, it is covered in blue and black and acts as a multi-functional compressed air hose. Advantageous for use in mechanical engineering, as individual hose lines are colored differently.
Properties
- Convenient flexibility, constant coloring, great aging resistance, high sheathing density, great resistance towards chemicals
- Color: green-transparent, blue-transparent, blue-covered, black on the interior and exterior, - red
- Important to consider: ratio working pressure to burst pressure 4:1
- Special qualities: individualized print option (e.g. company logo, company name, diameter)
Construction
- Color of PVC textile hose is sheathed diagonally in a technically correct way in a neutral angle of 54 degrees
- Highly resistant and tear-resistant synthetic fibers serve as sheathing material
- Free of cadmium, TÜV-certified
- Insertion with fittings
