Scope of application

Suitable for disposal of damp and above all dry abrasive media for purposes of equipping mobile and stationary industrial cleaners and suction systems. Suitable for disposal of granular goods and application at station wagon in dry areas. For the most part, the hose is combined with our patented HFH gland coupling system.

Properties 

• Electrically conductive thanks to integrated copper strand and conductive inner soul and cover (resistance R < 1 megaohm)
• Vacuum-tight up to 9 mH2O
• Great mobility and comfortable handling due to the square ribbed reflex design or waved design
• Highly abrasion-resistant due to the hose core characterized by a conductive special rubber mixture and by particular thickness
• Great buckling resistance

Construction

• Inner tube: highly abrasion-resistant, extra thick (4mm) inner-liner, black, electrically conductive
• Insertions: reinforced steel wire spiral and fabric insertions
• Cover: rubber material 2 mm strong with additional fabric reinforcement, cord ribbed or waved, conductive

Temperature range

• -20°C to +80°C, for a short time up to 100 °C

Available in variable lengths up to 40 m, with or without spiral-free muff and without extension. The standard length of 5 m comes with spiral-free muffs on both sides with extension, enabling the transportation of goods with minimum turbulence.
