Scope of application

Suitable for the disposal of industrial plants as well as the pneumatic suction conveying of powdery respectively granular goods and liquid media, with the exception of A1 substances (e.g. acids, lyes, solvents or oils).

Properties

• Extremely flexible design with low minimum bend radii
• Extremely abrasion-resistant rubber mixture
• In addition to cover and inner tube, conducting via copper strand
• Good film strength due to ribbed hose cover
• Resistance R < 1 megaohm
• Standard lengths 5 respectively 20 m / maximum manufacturing length 40 m
• 5 m lengths come with spiral-free muffs on both sides, partly with extension

Construction

• Inner tube: special natural rubber mixture, electrically conductive
• Insertions: fabric lining with inwrought steel spiral and copper strand
• Cover: NBR rubber, waved, electrically conductive

Temperature range

• -20°C to +80°C, for a short time up to 100°C
