Custom-built suction and pressure hose, suitable for loading and unloading tank vehicles.

• With low flexural force
• For mineral oil products with maximum aromatic content of 50%
• EN 12115
• Resistance through the wall ≤ 109 Ohm
• Ω/T: Designed for the highest safety requirements, entire hose structure with conductive rubber mix, and 109 Ω through the wall. Suitable for explosive mixtures inside, for use in potentially explosive areas (i.e. hose line wholly or for the greater part in an Ex zone) and / or in case the media to be pumped is categorized into a higher group than IIA (IIB or IIC). Also suitable for critical, non-conductive chemicals, such as toluol.

Construction

•  Inner tube: NBR, black, smooth
• Pressure carrier: synthetic textile fiber with concealed steel spiral and copper strand for electric conductivity
• Cover: NBR/SBR, black, fabric-textured, abrasion-resistant, antistatic (R < 1 M/m), mineral-oil resistant, fuel-resistant and weather-resistant

Temperature range

• -25°C to +80°C, for oil up to 100°C
