Scope of application

Special suction and blower hose for abrasive solids, particularly in danger zones, where electric conductivity is required (areas subject to explosion hazards), such as

• Transportation of fine-grained powder and dust
• Suction of granules, chips, fibers
• Industrial vacuum cleaners
• Suction of liquid and gaseous media

Properties

• Electrically conductive, surface resistivity ≤ 109 Ohm
• Simple application (approx. 0.75 mm wall thickness)
• Highly flexible
• Smooth on the inside
• Abrasion-resistant

Construction

• Spiral ingrained in the hose wall in a torque-proof and nonshiftable way
• Wall thickness between the spirals approx. 0.75 mm

Materials

• Wall: highly abrasion-resistant polyester polyurethane, electrically conducting ≤ 109 Ohm
• Spiral: encapsulated spring steel wire
• Colour: black

Temperature range

• -40°C to +90°C, for a short time up to +125°C
