Scope of application

Specific suction and feed hose in case of high demands on abrasion resistance, for example with extremely chiseled solids (e.g. broken glass), as a feed hose in shipyards and glass factories, as granule feed hose for fiberglass-reinforced synthetic materials or as a suction hose on vacuum pumps.

• Extremely heavy design (wall thickness approx. 2.5 mm)
• Good flexibility
• Smooth on the inside
• Extremely abrasion-resistant
• Very high resistance to pressure and vacuum

Construction

• Spiral ingrained in the hose wall in a torque-proof and nonshiftable way
• Flow-optimized hose wall
• Wall thickness between the spirals approx. 2.5 mm

Materials

• Spiral: cotton-coated spring steel wire
• Wall: polyester polyurethane

Temperature range

• -40°C to +90°C, for a short time up to +125°C
