HFH and Parker intensify partnership

Since more than 30 years the partnership between Parker and Hugo Frauenhof is existing. This builds up on our shared aim of fulfilling our customer needs by high-quality and individual problem solutions. In our today’s year-end meeting we have set our steps for 2024 and finalized our joint programme for our customers!
 
In 2023 more than 150.000m and almost 4.600 Parker thermoplast hose assemblies have left our warehouse. A new record! Besides this extraordinary result we will further extend and intensify our long-term partnership to offer our customers the familiar level of quality and reliability.
We are both looking forward to plenty years of this tight bond relationship in the future and feeling thankful for the mutual trust!

Shortliner training

Our customers come first for us. That's why we are not only about selling our products, but also about providing comprehensive support and guidance in their use. That is why we offer our customers a comprehensive range of training courses. We adapt our training courses to your level of knowledge (beginners, advanced) and answer all your questions. Of course, this is mainly done practically, either on the construction site or in a test environment. Finally, you will receive your certificate from us.

C70 AI camera nozzle

Do you already know our AI-based sewer cleaning nozzle? 🤖

Together with Sewer Robotics, we already had the opportunity to present the new camera nozzle with AI software to some customers live in Hilden.

But what exactly can the C70 nozzle do❓

  • Automatically starts a video recording at the start of the rinsing process
  • If required, the video material can be viewed directly on site
  • The recordings are directly available to other colleagues via the cloud and can also be shared with customers
  • The AI software independently views the video footage and records and classifies all damage and anomalies in the sewer network being used

...and that's just a small part of our new camera star's capabilities.

C70 nozzle

HFH hose ID Chips

With the new HFH hose ID chips, you can call up all information (e.g. manufacturer, hose type, operating pressure, serial number, fittings, last and next test) at any time, in any place and even after many labour-intensive hours of use - very easily via your smartphone and without an additional app.

We don't use stickers, which wear out quickly in use, but stainless steel rings with integrated chips that can withstand any use for a long time.

Barbecue area inauguration and anniversary

Last Friday there were several reasons to chink.
On the one hand, we were able to inaugurate our new terrace with barbecue area behind our warehouse, which is very inviting during lunch breaks. At the same time, we as a team took the opportunity to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Rainer Langenberg and Andrea Schuler. It was a successful afternoon!

Even in case of an emergency, Hugo Frauenhof GmbH will not let you down. Replacement products can usually be delivered within 24 hours. Particularly in the case of ultra-high-pressure hoses, we can respond to failures within the shortest possible time, so you don't have to fear a standstill.
